Our cancellation conditions
Please note that your booking is subject to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions. You can find the exact wording here. These stipulate cancellation fees of up to 90%. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Please also note that we will ask you for a deposit of 30% of the total amount after booking. Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated in our house and parties are not permitted.

Also be aware that we have to charge the Residence and mobility tax according to Carinthian law. This tax is a statutory levy and is subject to change – the rate applicable on departure applies.

Important note according to the Distance and Off-Premises Selling Act (FAGG):
In the case of written and telephone bookings, bookings by FAX and online bookings (distance selling contracts), the consumer has no right of withdrawal in accordance with § 18 para. 1 no. 11 FAGG.
